5 star service from Junaid Basson

<p>I am not one that usually writes in for all this review stuff. Frankly I am just to busy, I have NO time.</p> <p>BUT however, I have to give credit when it is due.</p> <p>I should have given this review couple weeks ago actually.</p> <p>After lots of frustation from my MTN claim for my ****** phone, I got to speak to a guy by the name of Junaid Basson.</p> <p>I had been given the runaround for many weeks and no feedback at all on my claim.</p> <p>Eventually got a call from a claims administrator Junaid Basson, advising me what info was outstanding.</p> <p>Thanks for the fast response Junaid. All is settled now.</p> <p>Its hard to get employees polite and dedicated these days.</p> <p>The company choose well.</p> <p>Thanks once again.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
