4 weeks waiting for parts!!!

<p>I am highly dissapointed in this insurance repair center.</p> <p>My phone's screen is cracked and they took it for repair weeks ago. I have been waiting since then. I even call them myself to check on the progress and I am always been told that they are waiting for parts from Samsung! I mean how slow could samsung be in delivering the phone screen, Close to a MONTH? NO!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Yes it is a Galaxy Note 4 and I understand it has been discontinued but why would they be so quick to take in a phone without checking the availabilty of these parts! Right now I need my phone back because clearly I am paying for nothing here!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
