24hrmobility declines first time claim after years insured with them

After insuring multiple devices for many years without ever claiming. I now get told that they have declined my claim on the CHEAPEST of all my insured cellphones. Why? Because the 'proof of forcible entry' wasnt FORCIBLE enough! No explaination, no help with what i can do to approve it - just straight to 'the contract fine print' card. Disgusting. (To note: all the other higher value items ****** in the ******* were paid out by other insurers EXCEPT our friends at 24hr mobility). I am convinced they get comms for trying to find loopholes to NOT approve claims. After you go through the trauma of having ******* in your home while you and your children are sleeping in the next room, you now have to deal with more thievery from a ****py insurer. This is now a matter of PRINCIPLE now - its not even about the claim anymore
