24HR Mobility is ****

24 HR is worst cell insurance to go for. They took 3 days to approve my claim then on top of that i had to call in to find out that my phone was approved no sms to provided number or email .

Now they take 3-5 working days to deliver my phone, i called they tell me they do not have a supplier yet for me to give me the phone. This is nonsense.

They could ask me to go fetch the cellphone myself and one administrator told me their supplier wants to be not known. When you take out a policy they do not tell you all this about your phone will approved in this timeline and you will get your phone in this days.

Its an inconvenience i could have already went ahead and bought my phone and they could have refunded me or told me to go to MTN to get a new phone then they can sort our the logistics later.

shopping around for new cellphone insurance, this is BULL **** to spend another week without a cellphone
