24 hr mobility - Thieving *******s.

My cellphone stopped working out of the blue on the 16th of November 2018. It switches on and everything but when you try unlock using the code or fingerprint, it does not respond. You can't access any of the applications etc. I lodged a claim on the 22nd of November after giving it a few days of trying but it never worked. So I got a response from 24 hour mobility , Pinnacle Markerting and their underwriter yesterday, saying that my claim is denied. When I asked why, they say that because it was not accidentally damaged, liquid damaged, lost or ******. Basically they wanted me to lie and say that the phone was accidentally or liquid damaged/dropped or ******. They basically wanted me to be dishonest and lie and say I damaged the phone, did you want me to say that I dropped it on that particular day even when I did not. So you people thrive on dishonesty. After collecting my premiums for a period of +/- 2 years, without any handset assessment, a decision is made even without the handset being collected, to just reject the claim. Is this what thieving companies like yourselves do where you are happy to collect and yet very quick to decline to assess and fix. I regret not having insured the handset with other reputable insurance companies that are HONEST and value honest responses from their clients. 24 Hour mobility, Pinnacle markerting, just a bottomless pit where you pay premiums for 24 months only for your claim to be rejected when you have an issue. A **** company you are . ****en *******. This is only the first step in exposing the type of ******* Pinnacle marketing, 24 Hour mobility and your underwriter are.

So the ******* decided to respond privately. My aim is to expose these people for the ******* you all are because these exclusions are things that were never explained to me upon the inception of the policy. How dare they bring this to the table now when my phone is ****ed!! "Dear Mr Malumane, Thank you for your bringing your dissatisfaction on the outcome of your claim to our attention. As per the claims notes on the claim, I can confirm that the underwriter advised of te declination of your claim. This is based on the policy wording under the section of exclusions. As per your description of damage you advised that the handset just stopped working, this unfortunately is not seen as an insured event covered under your policy. As the broker we do not have the authority to over-turn the decision made by the underwriter. Therefore the underwriter will furnish you with the repudiation letter, of which you may utilise to dispute the declination further. Enclosed please find copy of you 24Hour mobility policy schedule for kind perusal. I am very sorry that I am unable to provide you with a more favourable outcome to your claim. Kind regards, Lavona-static"
