*** not reachable and no feedback from mobility.
Firstly it was a mission trying to claim for a simple crack on my camera glass. as mobility kept pushing me to say how and when and I HONESTLY didn't know. Then they take my address and the courier company just pops up to collect my phone without even calling and letting me know. Its been 4 day and I don't even know if they received my cell phone. the call centre no is unreachable and no one responds to emails. Can they let me know whats happening?
