Your Service Sucks

I have read peoples complaints against you and it seems like you just don't give a damn about your clients because my complain is exactly the same as most people. Earlier on in this year you replaced a windscreen on my vehicle. A few months later the same windscreen that was replaced by you is now loose from the car body and is flapping in the wind when I drive. I have been contacting you for the last 2 weeks to come and fix this and every time I call you, you keep on making false promises to send someone out. It is two weeks later and I am still waiting for someone to fix this mess. You not calling me back to tell me what the update is I have to constantly call you and your excuse you give me is that we have been trying to get hold of you but could not get hold of you...That excuse is now abit lame because from what I read here that is the same excuse that you give everybody else. I am saying this here on a public platform that if that windscreen breaks or shatter while I have my family in my car I will hold you fully responsible and will make sure that you pay.
