Unreliable service

<p>They made an appointment with me for 16.00 o'clock. I had leave early from work, they only showed at 16.30 - without the part needed, They promised to come back at 19.00 so I had to cancel my plans, they NEVER showed. Until 23.30 when the person woke me up by phoning and asking if he can come at some other time. <br /><br />Who phones someone at that time of the night? Why didn'y he phone me at 19.00 when I was waiting for him. </p> <p> </p> <p>Utterly frustrated with this company, will not recommend them to anyone.</p>
