Service sucks!!!

I was put in touch with 24 fix by my insurance to replace my windscreen glass. Last week some guy called Taatiq called me to schedule the order and advised me to pay cash when the technician replaces the glass. Its week later and no one seems to know what is going on with the glass replacement. Some idiot called Isaac called me to follow up and when I call back I get referred to a Mandy and get another message to call Odilia who is not at her desk. I mean really, what the hell?/???? Who is supposed ot take responsibility for this ****? Please teach your staff some level of professionalism because your service sucks big time!!!
