repairs on the geyser and replacement of thermo

I called my Edgars account home assistance to assist with the geyser as the water was cold and they sent 24Fix to do repairs they came in and showed me the thermostat is burned and I must buy a new one, which I did ,on replacing it they caused the geyser to leak were the installation was done and refused to correct their problem we had to pay another company to do the repairs. and still when they replaced the thermostat the other geyser was still not working we actually paid for nothing.
