Pathetic service

Once again it's a shame the lowest rating available is 1 star. That's one too many star. After being appointed the plumbers for a claim with my insurance (and the claim being authorised for them to proceed), they never got back to me. 24 hours later they were claiming they had loadshedding. For 24 hours?? Pathetic
