passing the buck
24Fix ... repaired my wind screen and THEY DIDN'T REPLACE IT PROPERLY I'VE BEEN CALLING AND CALLING NO ONE IS PREPARED TO TAKE OWNERSHIP AND FIX THEIR MESS!!!
