Non existant pathetic service

Tomorrow will be a week after a repair was requested. Apparently my window was ordered, but that is where it ends.<br> <br> I just a daily sms saying that they are awaiting delivery of a windscreen...... Meanwhile my car is without windscreen.....<br> <br> I'm writing this report as they as are not answering their phones. (Well a computer does answer, but as soom as you select an option, the call ends. [that's any time of the day...])<br> <br> Unfortunately I HAVE to use themas it's a insurance claim.<br> <br> Will never recommend them to any body (not even my enemies...)
