No feedback after countless emails

<p>Good day, </p> <p>This is the second review I am writing on Hello Peter with no resolution or correspondence from 24Fix. </p> <p>I discovered that 1 of the couplings on our geyser was leaking on 27 October & on 28 October, 24Fix sent a plumber out to have a look. During the replacing of the coupling, the cornice of the celing came loose and a part of it broke off. This was reported to 24Fix by the plumber & myself with pixtures of the damage. 24Fix now wants me to register a new claim for the leaking coupling that was replaced by them in February 2016 along with the geyser. I have been emailing Tonia Orru, Amanda Erhke and Jennifer Barnard since I made them aware of the issue and I am yet to receive any kind of feedback or resolution to this issue. None of them have responded to any of my emails since 31 October & I sent another on 7 November. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please assist me. </p>
