GEYSER NEVER REPAIRED & NO REFUND EITHER

I wasn't surprised with the no. of complaints on Hello Peter for 24Fix, name should change to 24NeverFix bec. they certainly cannot repair. Dec2014-called Edgars Club geyser overflow 24FIx said was a valve problem, paid R600. 3 callbacks after installing the part overflow persisted, complained to Edgars Club online no response. 5 mths later overflow still continuing Edgars sent new plumber, Always On Call -was told the Geyser burst & was a misdiagnosis by 24FIx. I requested a refund on the part. Johan V.D. Merwe said Always on Call was under impression the part was put days ago & their statement of misdiagnosis was incorrect. He said the geyser shld have a drip, I said we had an excessive overflow not drip. Point he seems to be missing is the geyser overflow never stopped &the valve never solved the problem hence the callbacks & complaints & therefore I requested a refund. I said according to CPA if you cannot repair it or replace it you should refund my money. Due to Always on Call being wrong according to Johan, he instructed his employee to close this matter. What appalling service obviously CPA is of no concern by 24Fix neither is customer satisfaction/liability to repairs
