Failure to refund

24Fix was contracted out by my insurance company to fix a leaking pressure value just next to my geyser. The insurance company organised with me to pay the excess to 24Fix directly. 24Fix's service department came out on the same day and did the work necessary. I paid the excess to the workmen directly and that is the last I have heard or seen from 24Fix. My insurance company then sent me information that the cost to repair was less than the excess paid, and I am due a refund from 24Fix. My attempts to contact 24Fix have failed with them saying someone will contact me to organize the refund. I have emailed my insurance company numerous times to assist here as well, but nothing came from that either. Emailing 24Fix directly does not help in anyway as the emails bounce from their email servers saying that the email boxes are full. Does anyone, aside from people getting the money in, work there? I see I am not the only one to have this issue. If 24Fix likes to have a good name, they have failed badly there. Recommendation? Never.
