Call centre not answering! Supposedly 24hrs

After my car passenger window was smashed on Saturday evening, I contacted 24fix Autoglasss at ***. After 30 min of trying from 12:50 to 13:20on Sunday 2 August 2015, I eventually gave up. Dnt try calling this company in am emergency.
