Broke garage door and now giving me the run around

They were appointed by king Price to repair my ceiling which was resulting damage from a burst geyser. They did eventually complete the repairs after messing me around for some time. It took them a month to come out and start repairs. So it was eventually done and now they broke my garage door, something to do with the motor. Spoke to the Eddie & Donovan the manager who said they will sort it out, since last week they are f**kin me around. My door is now on manual, and the security of my house is in jeopardy because of these fools. The level of service is shocking and no urgency what so ever. There are no details anywhere for any other senior person who i can contact anywhere...I would strongly advise anyone from using these people as from the get go the service was pathetic with a lack of urgency or even a follow up on progress! Now i need to get my garage door sorted out...i will get my own repair company to sort it out and the bill for their account, no problem if they do not want to pay, i will sue for small claims :).
