Bad service

What a HORRIBLE experience with your company! The service is shocking especially when I called to have the plumber to come and fix our geyser that burst...… Daniel Molokeng as said by him that he tried getting a plumber but no one wants to help him. First call to the company was made by 5:30pm and only at 21:20 they say they can help after I had to throw my toys that the service is **** and i'm without water because i can't put the main on due to the geyser leaking...... The worst thing is that geyser is under warranty....... YOU’RE A 24 HOUR COMPANY!!! These is no drive from your business to fix the issue. You are quick to expect payment up front…. But so bad on delivery! SA Homeloans get new contractors to assist your customers.............
