Bad driving from your drivers and bad service from management on following up

I lodged a complaint about one of your drivers who bumped into my car and worst thing he had borrowed that car to his friend who does not even have a drivers license. When I called your company to give you my statement, no follow up was done on this matter. I am very disappointed on how you run your business. Your drivers can just borrow their friends the company cars and hit other peoples car and you guys don't do anything about it
