24Fix ... they don't think an isolator switch is necessary when it comes to installing geysers ...

24Fix ... (registered with Europ Assistance) - contracting to Discovery Insurance.

This company installed a geyser for me in September 2017, on an insurance claim.

The geyser tripped the house electricity and we had a electrician come out.

The electrician found that 24Fix did not install an isolator switch, which is a legal requirement for a geyser. The geyser was plugged in. By law, you are not allowed to have a geyser "plugged" in. The element and the thermostat are burnt black.

When the electricity tripped at three a.m. approximately, on the morning of 18 April 2018, it was due to this absolute negligence.

My two children were sleeping in their rooms, which are situated directly underneath this geyser. They would have been the first to be caught in a fire. And the house would have burnt down.
