24fix - I am really shocked by your pathetic service – I am writing to Discovery Insure now. On Saturday morning you called me on my landline to make an appointment for 15h00 and sent an SMS as confirmation, but the assessor arrived at 09h00 when I was not there. I made about 3 calls to Nombosa about this issue and she confirmed that he will arrive later - he did not arrive nor did she communicate this to me. I called again and she sent an SMS that the new time is Sunday 13h00. Sunday morning the accessor arrived at 10h00 when I was out on a run, I called her again a few times and she said she will get back to me - she did not call - very bad service.
