24Fix - Bad service, worse company

If your homeowners insurance ever tries to send 24Fix out to repair anything in your home I urge you to ask for another contractor. Their so called solar "expert" is not even a plumber in my opinion (having to go out and buy a an element, no stock in hand, and even returning with a thermostat instead of a heat probe for a solar system). The one manager I spoke to was so rude I can't believe that they can afford to alienate clients in these tough times. The woman doing the bookings was just as rude and arrogant. I've had nothing but problems with 24Fix since day one. Surely one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with and I've had dealings with the municipality!
