Service none existing

Do to no Internet tried to get in contact with 247 online I was 9 times on the phone once a half hour no reply on the contact us it says something is missing on the browsers my complaint disappeared - trying out the support team e- mail went trough but no one contacted me. For what did I pay then for a none existing online service this was never like that on iburst very disappointed with them.
