No Responses to Requests. Do not answer Telephones

My email was to be migrated from iburst to 247online. I submitted my forms early in the process and received confirmation that all was approved. Come migration day I am unable to access my account, I have sent online forms to query the problem and hung on the phone for hours to no avail. I am totally dependent on my email for the kind of work I do. Totally unacceptable service
