No Response to Calls or Emails

No Responses to Requests. Do not answer Telephones

My email was to be migrated from iburst to 247online. I submitted my forms early in the process and received confirmation that all was approved. I spent R60 on airtime trying to call and no response. I sent email to ********** I recieved ticket no. 2597 . I posted on the FB page no response. I am totally dependent on my email for the kind of work I do. How else do we contact these people. Where are thier offices. Totally unacceptable service
