No response and no service

I signed up with 247online to migrate my Iburst mailbox, and paid for a year upfront. Since the beginning of August I have been unable to send emails from the email address - I was assured that I would be supp**** with an updated password etc to enable this. Since yesterday I am also unable to receive any emails.

They have not rep**** to any of my messages, emails, and do not answer their phone.
