Is this company legit!?

My e-mails stopped working last week Thursday and have been down since (3 days later). I have been unable to send or receive any e-mails since. I have tried calling this company over 50 times and each time an automated response says they are experiencing a large amount of calls, please be patient and then cuts the call! I have tried to find an address on their website but there isn't one. Nor any alternative no. I have e-mailed them numerous times with no response. I've even tried googling for an MD or someone more senior to escalate my problem to but such a person doesn't seem to exist. I then called another service provider to take over the hosting of my server but they say they can't until I contact 247 Online to lodge a ticket!!!! But I can't get hold of 247!!!! I am at my wits end! Please help!!!
