Impossible to contact, and not 24/7 as name says.

As per my further website request:

"Have been trying all week to get help, waited hours on hold, and my email was returned deliverable.

Today, i try call "247" online, and there is no one there and out of office hours, would your name not then be false advertising.

My client, ********** has not been able to receive emails since Tuesday, we did send the request form for moving from iBurst, as i did it myself, and had no issues until Tuesday, we need this sorted ASAP, this business is losing business due to your bad service.

I will be at *** from 10am tomorrow, to try sort something out for them, please have some sort of a fix, by then, or else i will have to complain to ICASA, and claim back for damages."
