iBurst Service provider for emails non-responsive at all

iBurst closed down and 247online took over the email accounts - I filled out the migration form on their website - no response Phoned many times - the calls do not get answered or get dropped In the meantime I cannot receive or send mail through that account - it was my main business email

I checked with other email service providers and I cannot transfer this email account - it has to be done through them

How are they running their business - if at all

I am really desperately unhappy with their lack of service
