Bad service delivery

I recently received a sms saying I'm owing a company by the name Rain money without receiving a invoice. When Iburst were terminating their service I was forced to migrate to a company called 247online in order to keep my IBURST email. Now when I call this company (RAIN) I've been told that's their new name but same company. So I requested a statement and will gladly pay it. I only received a email giving banking details and a amount but no statement after numerous requests!!! IBURST/247ONLINE/RAIN - I think you owe myself and the public a apology and a explanation for what's going on and why you inconvenience g us like this and not delivering a service we pay for. Lot of people lost a lot of info when IBURST decided to stop hosting and many was forced to migrate to 247Online. I'm waiting for my statement!!!
