BAD BAD BAD SERVICE, NO THERE IS NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I email them and get a machine email back that say they will come back to me soon. Every day I call them 3-4 times were I get the machine telling me they experiencing high call volumes and will be helped by the next available operator. I stay on the line every time between 10-15 minutes, but nothing happens. This is 3 days in a row. I don't know if they are there or if its a con. Stay far away from them.
