My husband looked on Google for a locksmith and clicked on this link. He requested a locksmith to call at our house. No urgency requested.

The locksmith came quickly as he had been advised that someone was locked in a room!! He advised the call center that it was a padlock to be opened, but no change was made to the order. When we were informed of the costs R 950 +R650 my husband called the call center, regarding the high costs, and was verbally abused, called lots of rude names. the poor locksmith was devastated as he had NEVER heard anyone speak to a customer in this way. Neither had we. We paid the exorbitant amount, but please do not use this call center it's a total ******* and ****. The gentleman's name is Christo, never heard such language and shouting at a customer!!! We were totally disgusted with this aggressive attitude. Still in shock.
