Don't be fooled by a good a looking website, great prices or big promises!

After doing some research on getting new blinds made for the front living room, we decided on 247Blinds due to ratings , price and variety. We ordered online and paid for the product even though we have not seen or received the product as this is goes with online orders. We received the blinds in good time and installed it ourselves. This is where the problems came in. The blinds were 8 cm too short. One of the blinds was faulty and did not want to close. On calling the company we were eventually told that we could get replacement blinds. This did not happen, we then were told we can get a refund to order new blinds. After trying to order new blinds were told the refund will only happen once the faulty once were returned. We sent the faulty blinds back after 6 weeks of back and forth communication and were promised the refund. The blind were returned 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Again just empty promises from a so called well established company.
