Over charging

We called a plumber to come and fix a pipe, I was home alone. The procedures and terms was not explained to us and no quotation provided. The plumber came and everything was fixed within 45 minutes. He left me with an invoice of R2800, nothing was itemized or specified. This was a complete overcharged I realised later the afternoon. When trying to phone the owner he ignored all calls, when we did eventually get hold of him, he was extremely rude and unprofessional! Please do not make use of this company as they are very unprofessional and overcharge innocent people!!!!
