selling positions to un skilled officers

Peter lets tel the owner about his senior management what is happening to his company,<br> <br> 1 we got two senior management wich is one is from zimbabwe other one from limpopo <br> 2 the first one from zimbabwe he is doing his faviors to his fello zimbabwe with up grades <br> when you hired as reaction officer you start with grade c which the salary cost R3400 a monthly for period <br> but if you come from zimbabwe after 3 monthy you get high grade and you pay R1500 once off<br> if you dont pay you will wait for two years to get it. got the officer who hired in novermber 2014 but now was promoted after he paid the money . we got many people who qualify to be promoted but becouse they dont want to pay they wont be promoted.i promoted from strike team to tango 2 but now in not get the money for supervisor becouse they want the R1500 to up grade me.Owen he also doing to the same to the south African<br> that issue is happing to 24/7 security daily basis. we are busy to find out the strong union that will work for people every one is promoting his friend that two manager must be investigated they are very *******ed
