Disrespect and disregard at Greenstone valley

This morning just after 10, I found myself in a very disrespectful altercation with one of the security personals from Greenstone Valley centre Security 24/7 guards. This individual who refused to give me his name and surname, came up to me whilst I had just driven into the disabled parking, and asked me in Zulu "Sisi unenkinga" which meant do I have a problem. I then fully open my window, and ask him what does he mean by asking if I have a problem. He then asked me again twice, very arrogantly as well, of which he then pointed to the paraplegic board and said this parking is for people with problems with stickers on there vehicles, I'm then like but I have not a problem though I'm hurt. He then goes on to ask am I the hurt one or am I driving someone, I told him I'm injured im not driving with any one inside the car.

He just got further irritated with me, saying that I must put a sticker on the car I was using because next time I will not find a security like him, and I won't be able to park. I told him the vehicle I'm using is not even mine and the owner is not disabled and that's why I don't have a sticker on. I then asked if I should move he kept repeating I must have a sticker on the said vehicle. I asked should I move? He walked away from me, shouting at me in Xhosa click his tongue at me saying "Ndiyadika" meaning I'm irritating him because he is only a security. I came out of the car, walked up to him, told him to stop shouting at me, now I should be the one coming to him as he is still going on at me worse he is on duty. He then said he will not be undermined by me just because he's a security, I told him if he has esteem issues he must deal with that on his own and not involve me, as that just came out of nowhere with in the altercation that was going on.

I told him to respect people and be mindful of his arrogance as I will not tollarate such from him hence I asked him should I move? Still no answer but more insult from him, telling me this is how they do it.. "even to white people when they park". Of which I was very shocked I then asked him now if he does it to "white people" should I now jump and be submissive. I then asked for the office where I can escalate the matter, he said I should find it my self. I then asked one of the trolley packer guys to show me. I then walked towards him again asked for his name and surname, he still refused to tell me. I walked away in the direction towards there office, he kept referring to me as Sisi shouting I just ignored him he then said "hamba vele" meaning I should go, because I think the customer is always write . To my surprise as I turned to enter their office passage way I noticed he was explaining what was going on to an old white man, I could literally hear him from a distance, which I thought it was one of his superiors.

When I arrived at the office he was ranting and raving lies about the whole ordeal I could hear through the radio of one of his Colleagues, I asked for the manager he just pointed to a closed door. I then figured he was giving me attitude because of what he was hearing from his radio. Luckily enough their superior opened the door. Whilst I was trying to explain my side of the storey to the manager, the same security guard was walking to us, with the white gentleman who he was explaining what was going on down stairs. To my surprise now I was being shouted at by this person, who turns out is a customer like myself, and demands I "go and ****** remove that thing" he wants to park. I then became very furious and told that man if he thinks I will go there after that he's got another "thing" coming he must remove it. The man kept shouted at me now the security guard trying to stop me from explaining to the manager, I asked him to give me space as he didnot give me the luxury of walking to the office as he did with this man, so I have nothing to say. The old man kept shout and told me to go move the car because he is disabled, showing me his injuries, I showed he mine still ordered me to move it was chaos.

Eventually the man walked away, I asked to be given space so I do what I walked all the way to do, the manager listened to me, the security was trying to fabricate the story, where I said there are cameras, he then said there's no sound it's just visuals, the minute I explained to him about body language and actions speaking louder then words he wanted to apologise, in a very untrue sense. The manager said he was going to deal with him, and apologised, and explained to me if I have something to show I was injured in any way, parking where I'm parked should not be a problem.

Still after that he showed no form of being sorry as I told him I didnot believe it was a true apology, he clicked his tongue at me in front of the manager, he walked on I told him it's the very same attitude that got us here, amazingly even infront of his superior. I then walked down stairs again, he was telling the same colleague I had asked for the manager from earlier on about his version. I walked to then and asked then to please stop talking about any issue involving me whilst I'm still here, now he wants to influence his colleagues how safe am I or the vehicle I'm using. They both tried to deny it, I told his colleague to be neutral in this matter and stop lying as I could hear them I'm not def. Then only did they stop I walked on to do my shopping, the security I went to report then all of a sudden passed by the isle I was doing shopping on inside checkers, and gave me awkward looks said nothing walked passed me. I don't know whether It's even safe for me to do my shopping there, it's as if I'm a target now.
