poor service from 24/7 pool repair

A quote was requested to paint my swimming pool, the quote team had the privilege of seeing my pool when it was empty. The quote was offered and they demanded the total payment upfront. I duly paid the total amount The job was to commence the next day which didn't happen. The job was only started 4 days later. They painted 2/3 of the pool and ran out of paint. After me requesting when the job would be completed they demanded an additional R4000.00 for paint and labour to complete the job, cash upfront. I am now sitting with the dilemma of an incomplete painted pool. a truly poor performance from 24/7 pool repairs.
