Parking company cracked my windscreen.
All communication was well until i got to the airport and had to wait for the driver for a long time. He eventually arrived and apologised. When i returned and needed to get the car, the new driver arrived and wanted everything done in a rush only to realise after he left in a hurry that my windscreen was cracked. I immediately reported it to them and now there’s no response💔. I don’t even understand how they cracked that screen up like that.

Parking company cracked my windscreen.
All communication was well until i got to the airport and had to wait for the driver for a long time. He eventually arrived and apologised. When i returned and needed to get the car, the new driver arrived and wanted everything done in a rush only to realise after he left in a hurry that my windscreen was cracked. I immediately reported it to them and now there’s no response💔. I don’t even understand how they cracked that screen up like that.

Stay away- bad communication.
Had a very bad experience with this valet service. As I made the booking I received excellent service, they were very responsive, helpful, the day we departure the driver were on time to receive my vehicle. As we arrived back from the trip this is where things changed. As soon as we landed I WhatsApp them (as instructed) that we have landed and the airplane is busy parking so the driver can bring my car to where we arranged. My WhatsApp’s did not go through, try calling them- call did not go through. At that point I made peace with the fact that my car was ****** and I was ****med. Immediately went to the Police station on airport. They said the costumers have issues communicating with this service provider. A very friendly police officer took me to the valet service on the third floor to find out where is my car. To make a long story short we landed 11:50, I only received my car about 13:15 -this whole time thinking it was ****** and communication was very bad at their end. Still had to pay the full amount, I did express my disappointment of their service and they really put me through a traumatising experience. Would not recommend using them. Go to the third floor straight and rather use their parking services and you know your car is safe.
