24-7 locksmith -do not use, false marketing and quote

I was quoted R1195 for a call out fee to retrieve my car keys, locked in the car and upon completion, charged R2590, with no reason, or extra services, materials or labour. It took them 5 minutes. False marketing, quote and intentionally deceptive information. When I tried to discuss and resolve this this, I was met with condescending remarks and no willingness to resolve.
