Bitterly disappointed in 247 Hunter
False advertising / product specifications. Bought a bipod from the store that was clearly advertised to have soft rubber feet. When I received the product it was hard plastic making the product practically unusable on any form of shooting bench. I informed the owner of the store to which he did not even bother to respond. This is very unfortunate since I have been a regular supporter of his store and yet he can’t be bothered to respond.

We sell many products and we make use of the descriptions as we get them from the suppliers as far as possible. If the rubber feet did not match the description, it’s not as a result of false advertising or any intent to mislead.

As the owner of the store it is your responsibility to ensure that the products that you sell matches the advertising/description on your website.
