247 Hunter exceptional good service

I order a new rifle scope from 247 Hunter. After 3 days I made a follow up as I saw there was no movement indicated on the courier company website. Louis from 247 Hunter went out of his way to locate my parcel. It looked liked the courier either miss placed it or delivered it to a wrong address. Louis kept me up to date with tracking the parcel and even personally sent me updates after hours. When the parcel arrived I sent him photos and he told me that that was not the way that they sealed/package my parcel and that it might have been opened along the way. He then told me he is unsure of the condition of the scope and he doesn't want me to take possession of it like that. He then arranged a courier company to collect the scope and he sent me another one so that I can have 100% confidence and piece of mind. This was truly outstanding service! I can definitely recommend 247 Hunter for exceptional service and customer care. I can highly recommend them for any gun related accessories and reloading supplies: their service is the best in the business and their prices are also lower than the competitors (the scope I ordered was more than R1000 cheaper than any other shop).
