Unprofessional business

<p>In January of this year my daughter began University and we took along a fridge for her. Upon plugging it in, it appeared that the fridge was not working in terms of cooling.</p> <p> </p> <p>We found a repair company on the internet called 24/7 Fridge and Electrical repairs. The persons name is Arnold, and this is where the problems began.</p> <p> </p> <p>An installer/ repairman attended to our fridge. Upon completion he issued me a hand written piece of paper as a repair. I refused to accept that and insisted on speaking to his boss. This is where Arnold came into play. He sent me a receipt and acknowledged the Guarantee applicable for 1 year. 1 month later the fridge is not working again and a whole lot of foodstuff has gone off. We have tried to make contact with Arnold for him to effect the warranted repairs, to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>he will not acknowledge who we are, nor will he honor his Gauarantee. This is not how business should be. Be very careful when dealing with this company. All we want is our fridge repaired.</p>
