Knowingly Over Charging

I had the miss fortune of dealing with the boss at this business. Up until this point all was fine.<br> <br> I in the process of purchasing an Chev Utility. I spoke to my bank (which i was told i should have done through them) got approval and went down under the impression that i would need to sign an offer to purchase. I was wrong and the invoice had already been submitted to the bank.<br> <br> When I asked to see it they had added R5000 for on the road fees. When i asked about it i was told that the usually charge R3500 but the bank had allocated R5000 so they charged that instead. They said this was the banks fault not theirs!!! <br> <br> Just because that bank makes and allocation, it does not mean you just up your prices and pocket the extra money!!!<br> <br> I said this is a very ********* way to do business and that i was being charged this money. He then told me I would have done the same if it was my business. WRONG.<br> <br> Obviously I no longer trust this company to operate in an ethical manner. I cancelled my purchase.
