**** - deposit taken with no service

This company took a substantial deposit and then failed to complete the work. The quotation for just over R20000 was for the installation of three sliding aluminium doors in a sectional title block. A 50% deposit was provided on 16 November 2015 and we were told it would take about 2 weeks to have the doors manufactured. Requests for an installation date after 2 weeks were initially responded to with excuses as to why a date could not be set and then there was no further communication via email or cell phone numbers. To date no response has been received and the cell numbers do not answer. Since two months have passed I can only assume that we have been ****med and that there was never an intention to provide the doors.
