Bad service, bad quality

I am a very unhappy client and i will never use this printing company again, and i advise anyone that prefers good quality, and professional service to not even take a chance of using this printing company. I submitted an order for printing 25 hats and 25 bibs on a Thursday, I was told the order would be ready the following week on a Friday, which was fine. We followed up on the Friday, the order is not ready yet, they started lying saying they're printing the last few, and we would get it by close of business, which never happened, weekend passed and it was excuse after excuse. Two weeks down, I decided to demand the owner, it was only when i contacted the owner i got to find out that they have not even started with the printing💔. Close to 3 weeks for a job we were told would take 5 days. The worst thing is that when the items arrived, there were 3 bibs missing. Brought it to the owner's attention and he promised to look into it and send us the 3 missing bibs, but that never happened, I followed up afew times with no successful resolution. Furthermore, the quality of the items was pathetic to say the least, the printing wording started coming off on the first day, the laces of the bibs started breaking on day 1. So please good people DON'T GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE! otherwise you will regret it. I wish I had viewed the reviews first before working them. Once again our company got burnt by trying to support black business.
