24 repair - Abusive and poor service

This 'business' gives a very poor service they do not keep with the quotes , the installation was done and despite me pointing out that there are no Catchup or Box office available they convinced me it would come . When I phoned to ask for rectification (after waiting two weeks ) Allen screamed and shouted on the phone and used abusive language to me . My advice is to stay clear of Allen and the whole company
