$180 penalty fee

<p>I paid $250 (minimum amount needed to open an account). I was told I could use the demo platform for as long as I needed to build my confidence, until I felt comfortable to use the live account. I have been using the demo account extensively, but I was not confident enough to use the live account yet. I was just informed that according to terms and conditions $180 was deducted from my live account because it has not been used for 2 months. I was never told about any terms and conditions that were available, or that they had to be read and agreed to before opening an account. I was never even warned that if I dont start using the live account I would lose $180. All I was told was that I can withdraw my $250 at any time should this not work out for me. Anything to take my money, and nothing about the fact that they can just take it away should I not use the account soon enough. There is no way I would have ever agreed to $180 being decucted had I been aware of this. Had I known I would have requested a refund before 2 months were done. I did send emails in March requeting that they refund me the $250 but those emails were just conveniently ignored.</p>
