Constant follow ups are continually met with varying excuses and more promises, but ultimately, they never arrive. Save yourself a huge amount of frustration and get someone reputable. These guys don’t care about your security and will leave you with a broken gate for days on end. They said I try to fix it. It is not my place job to fix if they are not working properly.
