Damage to property and theft

I called this company to look at our gas geyser which was not heating, this was on a Monday. Andre came out, asked to park in our garage, which I did not allow, then complained because I didn't allow him. Never the less he still came in and removed the burner saying he needed to take it with him to get quotes on parts. The first day or two thereafter he called to let me know what the status was of getting a quote, which I appreciated, then he just went quiet and I didn't hear from anyone the rest of the week. I called on that Friday to ask him to return the part as my husband wanted to get an additional quote from another company, obviously he could not do so because Andre had our burner. Andre said he would bring it back that afternoon, but never pitched. The following Monday, I called their office in the morning and asked to speak to a manager, who wasn't available so I left my number for them to call me, no one called. That afternoon I sent an email to Lassa demanding the return of our part, she said it would be returned that afternoon, but no-one pitched.
